Part 1 Training: Sales Process

The main content of the sales process includes basic sales performance, daily sales work reports, how to tap potential customers, cooperation among departments, and customer relationship management and customer service. Personnel from overseas projects and processing factories actively participated through Tencent Meeting.

During the training process, through the explanation of sales engineer Zhou Tianyu, everyone was able to have a detailed understanding of the work content of the sales department and the role it plays in the company. At the same time, it also highlights that the operation of a company cannot be separated from the cooperation of various departments. The company is like a "person", and each department is an "organ" within the "person", with clear division of labor and each performing their own duties.

Etiquette, which can be understood as etiquette and ceremony, is indispensable in interpersonal communication. It reflects a person's attitude and behavior more. People need to be polite and courteous in their interactions in order to highlight mutual respect.

In fact, in interpersonal communication, some etiquette is more or less reflected, such as dressing appropriately and generously, greeting each other when meeting, and using civilized language during communication.

Therefore, a systematic training on dress matching, language communication, meeting etiquette, riding etiquette, and some common business etiquette can enable everyone to have a more comprehensive understanding of the entire business etiquette, and turn passivity into initiative, making our subconscious behavior into actual performance, and continuously improving and breaking through ourselves.
