Project Manager (Livestock Industry)

1. Resident at the project site, fully responsible for the construction safety, quality, progress, and cost control of the project site (construction according to the drawings, management of on-site materials according to the material list quantity provided by the design).

2. According to the contract duration, develop an on-site construction schedule and provide instructions to the installation team.

3. Responsible for coordinating with the owner unit, civil engineering and other construction units on site to ensure that the construction conditions meet the contract and our construction needs, and making joint signing records for the handover work face.

4. Responsible for coordinating with departmental engineering assistants to ensure that the materials on site meet the design and contract requirements, and to ensure that the materials meet the schedule requirements (counting the incoming materials, checking against the material list provided by the design, and providing final confirmation documents to the procurement department).

5. Responsible for checking whether the installation team has constructed according to the drawings to ensure that the quality meets the contract and design requirements.

6. Responsible for handling material acceptance forms, progress payment application forms, and change quantity visa forms with the owner unit.

7. Responsible for on-site safety and civilized construction management, as well as supervision and management of on-site material protection and storage.

8. Responsible for requesting payment from the owner according to the contract and verifying the progress payment of the installation team.

9. Responsible for handling project completion acceptance and settlement with the owner, organizing and submitting various engineering documents (including but not limited to receipts, acceptance forms, visa forms, payment requests, etc.) to the company for filing.

10. Responsible for uploading daily work reports (including weather, material arrival, construction progress of each building, daily plan arrangement, no less than five panoramic and detailed construction photos of the site), and uploading construction weekly reports every Wednesday (including material arrival and progress for this week, material arrival and construction plan for next week, problems and difficulties, etc.)

11. Attend the weekly project engineering meeting.

12. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. Engineering related majors, college degree or above.

2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience, excellent candidates can be relaxed.

3. Possess certain data management skills, strong work initiative, and excellent communication abilities.

4. Proficient in relevant office software (Word, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.).
