During the epidemic, the battle for construction period: Shanghai Yizhu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the modernization of a pig farm with 3000 sows!

The 3000 head sow farm project in Danshan, Ziyang City, Sichuan Province is located in Group 7, Luogao Village, Danshan Town, Yanjiang District, Ziyang City. The farm has a construction area of approximately 13400 square meters and includes one delivery shed, one feeding shed, and one reserve shed.

This project is a high progress, high-quality all steel modern pig farm jointly built by Sichuan Zhengda Group, Sichuan Zhengyuan Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, and Shanghai Yizhu Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in 2019.

The project signed a contract with the client at the end of November 2019 and officially started construction in early December. There was only a week between the signing of the contract with the client and the official start of construction on site, which caught all departments of Yizhu off guard and posed a time challenge. After learning about the client's schedule and construction requirements, the Yizhu project department formulated a 120 day construction plan battle. From taking over from the design department to dismantling and designing detailed drawings, to the procurement department receiving the bill of materials and starting procurement, then to the processing plant for production, and finally to the project department starting to arrange specific construction tasks, the project was completed in a total of 100 days.

During the epidemic, the project department and on-site staff began on-site construction on February 18, 2020, focusing on both epidemic prevention and resumption of work.

The wall panels are laid horizontally, which has two characteristics: 1 Less overlapping seams reduce the risk of air leakage; 2. Fast construction speed is more conducive to seizing the construction period.

The roof panel adopts the 490 model, which has good wind resistance and low water leakage hazards.
